Herdwick sheep at White Moss House Grasmere part 2

So, there are about 6 of the blighters (Herdwicks) that is, in the garden, nibbling the daffodils.

Husband opens the gate, and we both chase them towards the gate, when a group of tourists walk by, stand in the gateway with their cameras, blocking the sheep who turn and run off to an inaccessible part of the garden.

Chap with camera says " I say, are those a local breed? What ? Herdwicks? Marvellous !How interesting!"

Don't you just love tourists? Well ,we do of course- no question about that!

You have to laugh.
